Inducible Atrial Fibrillation and Myocardial Ischemia in a Veteran Amateur Runner: An Anecdotal Case Report

Atrial fibrillation is the most common sustained cardiac arrhythmia and associated with significant morbidity mortality. Coronary artery disease frequently coexists AF, management of these conditions can be challenging. Endurance veteran athletes are a population at high risk to have episodes paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Herewith author describes an original case induced myocardial ischemia during Ex-ECG stress test in amateur runner.
